Allesley Primary School is part of the Roots Network of Coventry primary schools.
The primary purpose if this network is to work together in a supportive nature to facilitate self evaluation and school improvement at all member schools.
Staff development and networking across departments, subjects, phases and management lies at the heart of this, with all schools having areas of expertise and need.
Aim
The aim of the network is to develop a collaboration of schools that will have a positive impact on:
- the opportunities for school improvement through the sharing of knowledge, training, resources and systems across the member schools.
- the capacity through the sharing of effective practice, strategies and expertise.
- the professional growth and development of staff.
- the leadership capacity to sustain schools as they become more independent.
- the learning opportunities and communities of all pupils.
