  • Know the difference between a fun to feel scared and a risking on purpose activity
  • Understand the importance of choice, control and time limit in making safer choices

Body Awareness

 

  • Know that no one has the right to hurt children
  • Understand that we can talk with someone about anything
  • Understand that sometimes secrets can be unsafe and must not be kept

  • Can say what the characteristics of a good friendship are
  • Know how to get help if they feel unsafe

  • Recognise disrespectful behaviour online and know how to respond to it.

  • Understand some of the complexities of categorising drugs;
  • Know that all medicines are drugs but not all drugs are medicines;
