Year 3

Welcome to Year 3's class page!

Week comm: Monday 6th July

Hello all! Hope you are all well!

Not long now until the summer hols!  Keep going - you will see that the timetable has some nice end of term bits dotted about...but its the last push now...and WE CAN DO IT!

We hope you have had a chance to see the Streams videos via the link you should have been sent on your very own email account...HOW POSH!!!!!  There will be more videos with your teacher reading to this space!

With the sad news of Miss Shepherd leavingcrying…this week she has taken over the class email account for Mrs Moran’s class!!!

So…If you would like to send her an email mail about a favourite memory you have of the time you had together or just to say hi,  then please do and she will send you a reply!

Same applies for Mrs Thrupp's class...if you want a break from writing...then why not send an email and Mrs Thrupp will reply to you!

Mrs Thrupp is still busy making phone calls this week, so if you haven't heard from her yet she will be in touch!

Email if you need anything, take care, stay safe, and enjoy regular breaks

We miss you lots!

Want to reduce printing? Print off the answer booklet labelled LESS PRINTING and view the questions on your screen.

NO PRINTER? Then simply type your answers onto the answer booklet labelled LESS PRINTING.

                               Spelling and reading
Your child should have a blank yr 3/4 spelling list which was sent home before half term, as well as the individual highlighted version following our recent assessments (the 'R' column represents the words your child can read, and the 'W' column for the words your child could write/spell).

In year 3 we need to know our 2's, 5's, 10,s 3's, 4's and 8 times tables. You can help your child practise their times tables by using the links below.

Along with Joe Wicks, here are a few other things you could be doing to keep yourselves busy.
Dance with Oti Mabuse on Facebook- this is on every day at 11.30am but children can view the class at any time if their parent (not child) has facebook!

Music with Mylene Klass on YouTube Twice a week..yes
